Aesthetics are only one part of the judging criteria. Entries must include the description of the particular challenges faced with this installation and how obstacles were overcome to deliver your customer Sweet Heat. Our featured keynote speaker, HPAC writer John Siegenthaler, will be detailing all aspects of how hydronic heating and cooling fit into modern Net Zero buildings. He’ll be identifying the advantages of hydronics for these applications and how to put the systems together with off-the-shelf components to create simple, repeatable designs.

HPAC contributor Mike Miller will lead a discussion on the pros and cons of zone valves and zone circulators, helping to identify what could be the best fit for your zoned hydronic system design.

Brian Morgan and Jeff House will together take a deep dive into boiler chemistry and the necessary steps required to ensure your heating systems are aligning with manufacturer warranty requirements and providing reliable, long-lasting, results for your clients.

Regulatory Outlook for Boilers and Water Heater

Taking a look at current and pending efficiency standards required for hydronics-related technology, Tom Gervais will share how regulatory changes will effect new builds and retrofit hydronic system designs going forward.
